What is Spunlace Non woven fabric?
</h1>
<p>
<a href="http://www.hdl-nonwoven.com/spunlace-nonwoven-fabric/"
target="_self">Spunlace nonwoven </a>viscose&polyester Material is made from
high-quality viscose and polyester fibre with advanced hydroentangle technology
designed with the feature of excellent liquid absorbent, durable, tough grime clean
capacity, and SGS proved food contact grade.
</p>
<p>
Our Material has the following properties:

<p>
Material Features
</p>
<p>
Our Nonwoven Spunlace fabric is stretchable, and its original characteristics do
not affect it.
</p>
<p>
Its Appearance & texture is somewhat like traditional textile, and it's
different than other Non-Woven Material such as SMS, Face Mask Raw Material etc.
</p>
<p>
It has Higher Strength and Lower Fuzziness.
</p>
<p>
Better Air Permeability
</p>
<p>
Our Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric has Low Lint.
</p>
<p>
Nonwoven fabrics are extensively used in the manufacture of both single use (or
disposable) and durable clothing, notable market segments being protective clothing,
garment linings, interlinings, waddings, shoe linings and synthetic leather fabrics.

Polyester Nonwoven: The High Strength, High Density Nonwoven
</h2>
<p>
When it comes to demanding applications that require strong and durable fabrics,<a
href="http://www.hdl-nonwoven.com/spunlace-nonwoven-fabric/polyester-nonwoven-fabric/"
target="_self"> polyester nonwovens</a> offer a great option. Nonwoven polyester fabric
can be created from 100% polyester filament or polyester blend. Nonwoven polyester is
an excellent choice for a wide range of application needs including industrial filter
materials, medical and hygiene products, construction materials, telecom products,
agricultural fabric, and more.
</p>
<p>
A variety of fabric treatment options are available to endue polyester nonwoven
materials with specific beneficial characteristics. These attributes may include:
</p>
<p>
Anti-Microbial/Anti-Bacterial
</p>
<p>
Anti-Static
</p>
<p>
Biodegradable
</p>
<p>
Dry Cleaning Resistance
</p>
<p>
Flame Retardant
</p>
<p>
Heat Sealability
</p>
<p>
Hydrophilic
</p>
<p>
Depending on the manufacturer, polyester nonwovens can be fabricated in custom
colors and printing.

<h2>
Types of non-woven
</h2>
<p>
There are four main types of<a href="http://www.hdl-nonwoven.com/spunlace-
nonwoven-fabric/viscose-nonwoven-fabric/" target="_self"> non-woven products</a>:
Spunbound/Spunlace, Airlaid, Drylaid and Wetlaid. This article covers these main types
in detail. <br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/>The four main and most common types
of-non-woven products are:
</p>
<p>
Spunbound/Spunlace.
</p>
<p>
Airlaid.
</p>
<p>
Drylaid.
</p>
<p>
Wetlaid.
</p>
<p>
SPUNBOUND/SPUNLACE
</p>
<p>
Spunbound fabrics are produced by depositing extruded, spun filaments onto a
collection belt in a uniform random manner followed by bonding the fibres. The fibres
are separated during the web laying process by air jets or electrostatic charges. The
collecting service is usually perforated to prevent the air stream from deflecting and
carrying the fibres in an uncontrolled manner. Bonding imparts strength and integrity
to the web by applying heated rolls or hot needles to partially melt the polymer and
fuse the fibres together. Since molecular orientation increases the melting point,
fibres that are not highly drawn can be used as thermal binding fibres. Polyethelene or
random ethylene-propylene copolymers are used as low melting bonding sites.
</p>
<p>
Spunbound products are employed in carpet backing, geotextiles, and disposable
medical/hygiene products, automotive products, civil engineering and packaging
products.
</p>
<p>
The process of Spunbound non-woven production tends to be more economical as the
fabric production is combined with the fibre production.
